The show kicks off backstage where Heritage Champion Edge has arrived. As he heads to his dressing room, someone wearing all black and a hoodie attacks him taking him out. The attacker takes off as owners Reggie Parks and Dave Millican arrive to assess the situation. Medics arrive and determine that Edge is not going to be able to wrestle in the main event against SPW World Champion Verne Gagne. They immediately head off to confer on who will take his place. ...
